Provides training to residential consumers in the activities of daily living skills and on an individual and small group basis. Implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team, according to methods, time frames, outlined by Residential Habilitation Plans. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being of residents and the protection of their individuals rights, while ensuring individualized services. Remains awake and on duty throughout the night.
High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Will be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.
Conditions of employment include obtaining CPR, First Aid and SCIP certification.
May serve as Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) to oversee Individual Residential Plans. Provides training to residents in the activities of daily living on an individual and small group basis. Develops and implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team. Trains site staff on proper implementation, methods and time frames. Peforms a vareity of supervisory, resident-related and program adminstrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-daty operations of assigned residential site. Helps to ensure a homelike environment is maintained in a safe, sanitary and attractive condition. Ensures that program policies and procedures are implemented or observed by staff to promote the well-being of residentials and the protection of their individual rights.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services and three years of relevant experience including one year of supervisory experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experiences. Candidates with QMRP requirements and at least one year of working with those who have developmental disabilities preferred.
Must obtain cerfication in CPR, First Aid, Medication Adminstration as well as certification to drive agency vehicles and Occasional Driver status. Must complete Positive Approaches training.
To assist the consumer in meeting immediate needs while promoting long term self advocacy, self direction and informed choice. Responsible for identification of needed and desired supports and services, and follow up to ensure the supports and services are being delivered and are appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field, or RN, and over one (1) year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or 1 year working as a Service Coordinator with any population. Must have a reliable means of transportation.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Charged with the timely pick up and delivery of Abbey Industries, Eberhardt Center, Recreation and contract services passengers, assuring their safety and providing the necessary supervision and direction to ensure this. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers. Promotes and maintains positive and professional communication.
High school diploma or equivalent, and over one year applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. No moving violations for 12 months prior to hire. Valid NYS Commercial Drivers License C with Passenger Endorsement or willing to acquire within thirty (30) days of hire. Must be Department of Motor Vehicles 19‑A certifiable. Must participate in mandatory drug and alcohol testing program.
Performs a variety of administrative and secretarial duties as required for the Senior Associate Executive Director and Program Manager, and the various staff and consultants of the Day Habilitation Program and other habilitative services in a confidential manner. Promotes positive and professional communications and effective working relationships among program and agency staff, other service providers, families and general public.
A.A.S. Degree with a major in business/secretarial science and three (3) years secretarial experience, or equivalent combination. Must have demonstrated typing proficiency of at least 50 wpm and experience with word processors/personal computers. Must present a neat appearance and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being and safety of residents, the protection of their individual rights, and the provision of individualized services.
HS Diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience and at least six months to one year of experience.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
CPR, First Aid Certification, SCIP, agency orientation and required agency trainings. Medication Administration, Van certification, and occasional driver certification is optional, but program subs who acquire all three will receive additional compensation.
Supports the development, implementation and on-going operations and monitoring of Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), desktop systems and other technological solutions to securely and effectively meet the information systems needs of the Agency. Offers level 2 support to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by Agency users of various servers, network connectivity and equipment, remote connectivity, desktop systems, Internet and other computer technology.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field preferred with at least two (2) years of experience providing Level Two technical desktop and network support in a multi-platform environment for small to medium sized companies.(Or equivalent of education and experience).
Network performance tuning, LAN/WAN knowledge, network design and implementation, problem solving, quality focus, technical understanding. Good communication and organizational skills required.
Experience in administration of Microsoft networking environments. Experience in VMWare virtualized SAN network environments preferred. CompTIA Network+ certification desired. Experience supporting enterprise systems in a health care or managed care environment a plus.
Responsible for performing payroll related accounting functions and a variety of accounting assignments, many of which are confidential in nature. This position requires accounting knowledge, strong Microsoft Excel skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsible for performing a variety of analytical and accounting assignments requiring broad knowledge and expertise in Finance and Managed Care. This position assists the Associate Executive Director, CFO in planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Finance functions of Ontario ARC. This position assists with planning the transition to managed care and serves as the primary Agency departmental liaison for all managed care contracts including contract rate development and assessment and ensuring that contract specifications including documentation, billing and payment schedules are adhered to.
