Karl D. Warner Clinic


Ontario ARC's Karl D. Warner Clinic offers a full array of clinical services to both the individual with a developmental disability and their family.  Children and adults living throughout Ontario County can access services in the Clinic or in their homes to help them lead fuller, more independent and productive lives.

To be eligible for clinic treatment services through Ontario ARC, individuals must be developmentally disabled.  We serve people from infancy through their senior years, and evening hours are available by appointment.  Clinical services are generally reimbursed through Medicaid or Medicare, but other medical insurance may be billed as well.  Ontario ARC staff will assist you in determining your coverage for services.  Services will not be denied based on inability to pay.

You can access services by calling Ontario ARC's Karl D. Warner Clinic at 585-394-4620, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. to schedule an appointment with the treatment coordinator.  Your coordinator will help you obtain the services you need.
