"I started my career at Ontario ARC in 1987. Initially, I thought this would be a job I would do while my kids were young. Twenty-three years later, I’m still here and I LOVE it. I knew right from the beginning that the nursing positions at Ontario ARC are well respected by everyone, and that’s not necessarily true for nursing positions elsewhere. I have the opportunity to work independently and I am given autonomy. No two days are ever the same. My co-workers are amazing -- they love their jobs and it is a pleasure to work in that kind of environment."
